Cloaking is all about driving pure raw traffic to your money site. It has no SEO benefit at all. That is it.

If you know how to cloak you can drive hundreds of thousands of visitors to a site in a day. The aim should be to convert them into sales of course but more importantly intio opt-ins and then they are yours to sell to via email campaigns.

Google can kick your ass and deindex you sites. If you don't have a list you have to start all over again each and every time. If you are smart you will use cloaking to sell and to build your list. This way if and when google deindexes your sites you will alway shave your list to rebuild and sell new products to.

i just used cloaking to cloak my long ugly affiliate link i dont want long ugly line links in the middle of my campaign letter i dont think what im doing is unethical.

Some of you people are idiots. Link Cloaking is used to make more user friendly looking links, it is used to hide affiliate account information so some one cannot steal your commissions by substituting their account in the link for yours. Cloaking is used to keep your marketing and customer data in house and for tracking purposes.

Cloaked links are not invisible to law enforcement and there is nothing nefarious about it unless you are a thief and you use it for that purpose in which case the cloak won't help you a fucking bit.

It is a tool, that's all. Just like a car or a gun, you can commit crimes with it.
