I am just getting into Cloaking and Doorways and stuff. I was hoping someone with some experience can tell me if im headed in the correct direction so far. Here is the entire process as I have learned it these past few days. Someone please tell me if its right:

1- Find and rank for long-tail keywords. Not necessarily buyer keywords because google will never see your page anyhow.

2- Make 2 versions of the site.
Site A: Rich in text and keywords.
Site B: A sales page or redirect to affiliate.

3- Site A gets shown to google and Site B gets shown to visitors using a Cloaking script like Fantomas Shadowmaker or WP Cloaker.

Do I have the right idea? Are these good scripts to use? ( Fantomas Shadowmaker or WP Cloaker)

Is it possible to cloak now and not get caught?

I haven't started yet but im going to be using WP Cloak starting this week. The other one is too expensive for now.

This is the idea, but you dont have to use two different sites, you could also use two (or three, four etc) different pages under the same domain. Plus, if you don't want to get caught easily by Google, you can cloak different DIV'd under the same page!

Both WP Cloaker and WordPress Cloaker are quite expensive for what they do, plus WP-Cloaker SE IP updates uses ip from the iplists .con, and that site has not been updated for at least two years now.
WordPress Cloaker does not even respond to my messages any more. Their link to subscribe to IP updates from within the plugin does not work, and the script does not allow you to use IP ranges, so you have to have a really long list of IP's.
I recommend you go with Kloak It, Sell Wide Cloaker, or Search Engine Cloaker instead if you want to cloak well.

Yeah but its very expensive... I guess you have a subscription to their ip database too?

How long did it take to make your money back with it?

Kloakit was "closed" a few years ago..no ip list etc

The cloacking Idea is pretty the same, what I would like really to know is the algorithm of the plugin. Any idea ?
