I have a reseller account, is there a way to hide the nameserver on my sites which points back to my reseller main account?

Hosting (reseller) and domain registration are typically separate.
To make your nameserver's more anonymous, ask your domain registrar if you can have private nameservers for your domain(s).

ok thanks for the tip, i'll contact them
You can do this at any registrar, it is a two part process.
First take the domain and register it as a nameserver using the ip address. The process is different for each registrar but fairly straight forward in all of them, just look at the FAQ or help section. You will basically be assigning the domain to the IP address.
ns1.yourdomain 111.11.11.1
ns2.yourdomain 111.11.11.2
Second once you have registered the domain as a nameserver you edit your domain and change the nameserver info.
Done.....Even at Godaddy which makes you wait between each action you can be done in 10 minutes. At namecheap it takes maybe 2 minutes tops and the rest are somewhere in the middle.
hmmm - reseller account for hosting right?
I think that is not possible - as the main accounts comes from your host provider and Whois is not going to make adjustment for so many nameservers - as they are unique
You can ask your host provider from where you have taken the re-seller account if that is possible
Another option is you have your own hosting platform - then WHOIS will show your name in the name server of any domain which is hosted in your own server
Does not takes much - get hold of a reliable and good linux guy and he can help you out with setting your own server
