e.g.

I want to be able to call

and have a website about iphone 5 with text..and be able to have each page have my own custom 'adsense' type ad code--that displays ads related to the content..

What you want is not at all typically possible in this SEO world
Your adsense account would be blocked in a day by the G guys
You would be ranked negative in the G search and hence would have no visitors - so where do you stand with no visitors - no revenue

Hence use original contents and follow the Adsense guidelines carefully

It is not a cloacking. Basically it is a scrapping. If you don't really care about copy pasting, then just go for it.

Cloaking is the act of showing different content/pages of your website depending on who is visiting.

What you want is an autoblog.

Well, if you want to have this on your wordpress blog when you can have the template made and assigned to your wordpress page or post. You can make as many templates as you want. If you want to have auto content, when it is another thing, but I do not think that this is against the adsense rules if that content exists and does not disappears.
