That works fine for an html site, but I can't use that as a reply for Yahoo Answers. Thanks anyway though!

Are you trying to promote a CPA offer or something?

Yahoo answers doesn't allow the posting of affiliate links or tinyurl. I am just looking to spam some clickbank affiliate links without being noticed to quickly.

buy a cheap .info domain and redirect it to your affiliate link.

If you have a server and a domain, do this.. it will cloak just fine. It's what I use on YA.
Open your .htaccess file and put this in..
Now when you post your answer include your link as http://yourdomain.info/some-folder-name and it will redirect to your affiliate link via your .htaccess file.

Can you redirect a domain without hosting? I'm a bit new to this.

You will need hosting.
I think there are some free hosts around (but I wouldn't recommend them).
For a couple of bucks a month you can get your own hosting.
Alternatively, try other URL shorteners. Just do a G search.

You can register a domain at Name Cheap and redirect it anywhere you want. No hosting required.
