I wonder if we could really fool Google using this tool
Can it serve different pages per Google/bing/yahoo bots (For PPC for example)?

I wonder if this tool is worth its price (which is fair) and if it updates regularly.

I really just need something that can redirect links to my landing pages.. but want to track the stats and the referring urls.. as well as redirecting if they don't come from a specific site.. but this looks like it will come in handy later on when I want to build on that.. and possibly send different referring urls to different landing pages.

and i haven't even got into the SEO part of it, but that'd be a completely different project for me.

Both WPTrafficTools and BlogSense are strong low cost high value softwares. I've been grooming wptt for two years now and it's excellent for monetization strategies, very comprehensive in it's features, for what it does there is no better alternative on the market (imo).

This plugin flys under the hype radar and that's probably my fault for not being as aggressive with my marketing campaigns as I could be. I do most of my marketing on the private marketing forums and it's well received there. I'm also aggressively after the organic keyword market to establish the software as the dominant commercial authority on cloaking, masking, redirections, ad management, doorways, clicktracking etc.

Soon, verry soon, and I'll post back here... I'll have separated out each module so you guys can pick and choose which features you want and buy the others at a later date. ... I should finish that up today.

WPTT has definitely helped me monetize my traffic easier than I thought was possible. I was always on the fence about buying it, I had my eye on it for a while but there wasn't much hype or many write ups about the product.

I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway and let me tell you it is the best plugin I have bought for WordPress, It has a wealth of features that anybody in the affiliate game "Must Have".

If you use Amazon then you can easily split the traffic between your UK/US affiliate links depending on where the traffic comes from - This is just one feature.. need i say more.

I was really struggling finding a workable (read understandable) solution to manage my banner ads. Poking around the hatnohat forum I took a look at WP Traffic Tools - and bought it - and installed it... and took an hour or so to figure it all out... and now I'm never looking back - it does a lot more than I needed, but now I can't help but think how much more money I would have made if I installed this last year. I have only recently joined the forum and noticed in a search that people are talking about WP Traffic Tools.

Uh oh the secrets out, I was going to buy a link cloaker plugin from JVZoo a while back and did a bit of research regarding what were the pros and cons of using a plugin that just cloaked my affiliate links or one that handled re-directs.

Now I found 2 main contenders on the re-directs, stealth links, forwarding etc. and they were WPTT and Easy Redirect Script - now they both looked good, but WPTT was better value (in my opinion) as it had far more features.

I have had it for over 3 months and it does what it says on the tin, the developer (Hudson I think) seems to keep adding features to it and hasn't charged me a penny more?

The Plugin does geolocation - so can re-direct to geo-targeted offers and lots of other things to. Url tracking and referral tracking is also good

As far as reliability goes it works really well, CPU overheads are not high and it just seems to work.

As I said before I am new to this forum, but wanted to pass on my review and hope that someone else gets the benefits of this plugin.

If nothing else it might stop you from buying some other plugins that fell short, didn't work or were no longer supported - I've spent a small fortune on rubbish - this is one of the few that actually works well and is well supported by the developer (blind luck on my part)

I bought WPTT a while ago and now I've ditched PrettyLink in favor of this. I'm not into CPA (yet) so the main reason I bought WPTT was for its cookie stuffing feature, but not to CS each and every page on my site.

I have a coupon site and sometimes I find that a ClickBank product owner has a discount but we have to go straight to the order page. In my tests, I found that order page is not reliable to set the cookie although the URL contains our aff ID. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So in this case, I use WPTT to make sure that the cookie is set properly. So CS is not always a bad thing WPTT is the only plugin that has this feature PLUS other features found in redirection plugins.

I used WP Link Engine as well before and when I first bought WPTT, geo-targeting was something that I found was missing from WPTT. BUT soon after Hudson added that feature so all of you CPA promoter may like it.

As for updates, it's updated fairly often. Not exactly weekly but I see quite an improvement over the past few months. Now Hudson, if you are reading this please email us when you add new features because I just checked your site and found there's yet new neat feature (URL rotation for CS) that I wasn't aware of.

I haven't used all of its feature but I think the power of WPTT lies in the ability to set up rules (redirection, ads, etc) based on multiple variables such as keyword in the page, in the URL, etc and the latest I think it supports regex.

Now, why do I write this post? Because I think WPTT is a very good and well maintained product, but can do more with better promotion and marketing. It would also be nice if I can secure exclusive WPTT discount for my coupon site so I can pass it to BHW members *wishful thinking*

WPTT has many features to explore.

I bought wptt about a month ago, it does do all that it promises, and i know they the creator is very active in keeping it updated and hanging out in his forum to help people out.

For me though, it was just a little to blackhat. Yeah, it does some amazing stuff, but it was just a little too much for me to feel comfortable with.

I got this too and its a great tool ... not to mention Atwell constantly update his plugin whenever necessary or to add additional features !

Its really an all-in-one tool for Wordpress and this save you to buy any other gimmicky tools elsewhere...

Those that I like are :-

- Search engine Cloaking : lets you redirect traffic to your site to other location or redirect based on keywords matched in the referring URL.

- Link Cloaking and Cookie Stuffing .

- Popup / Popunder/ Popover module -- allows you to show visitor a popup, popunder or popover based on keywords detected in the content or referrer URL and based on the specific post or category.

You will never be disappointed with Atwell's products as he keep asking his users for feedback, suggestions all the time to make it a better tool..
