You don't ever want to blank the referrer, you want to fake the referrer. Blank referrers are a huge red flag.
This is the most foolproof solution I know of:

Yeah you want the opposite of that bro

Brad's CPAr is a really cool solution -the post autoform tactic FTW- but you might want to read this, as well: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackha...er-script.html
It allows an extra layer of separation between your money site and the link you're promoting (should you want to, since you can put the code on the same site and make it work like cpa-r..).
Plus the script can be modified to be completely devoid of query strings (even less footprint!) and last but not least on a typical wp installation can fake the ref as ANY WP page you pick.

like the man said, don't blank your referrer.
but if you really really really have to...
Code:
You know, most people would say "thanks." If you did in fact have half a clue, and weren't a dumbshit noob with no traffic and no money trying to talk himself up, you wouldn't be asking the most dumbshit of newbie questions which could easily be solved with a quick search.
Obviously if you can push real volume to a single offer (like a mailer typically does) then the networks will either take your traffic or they won't. But for your garden variety SE person pushing moderate traffic in a lot of niches, faking the referrer saves a lot of hassles.
