Okay, here's my problem. I tried to access a website today from a computer using a cable modem and the website would not display.

So, I tried using the same computer with a prepaid internet usb and type the website in the browser and the website did display.

Now, I plug my computer back to the cable modem and tried to clear my browser cach and dns cache in vista. Guess what? The website will still not display. BUT it will display in aol with the cable modem..not IE.

My theory, this must have something to do with my cable modem ip address. When or how can I access this website again with this connection...like i said before, the website will work if I plug in the prepaid modem. Please help? Im begging for support!
