I have my links cloaked with Pretty Links on WordPress. Do I need to set up fake/blank referral if I am going to use GodCPA or any other blackhat methods to complete CPA offers?

If yes, anyone want to recommend a good fake referral script/plugin which I can use without having to create iFrames (as in GodCPA)?
