there is sharecash out there. However If you work with some CPA network I'd suggest you to invest into your own content locker such as blackhat codebreaker or cpa ghost to have 100% commission and therefor not getting paid 0.6$ when you could get paid 2.5$.

I shared a Yourls plugin which will do the following:

You install Yourls and add my plugin.
You create gateways (using CLP, BHCB or any other lockers).

You take your long link to a page or some content (must be on a page/site which is iframeable), insert it into Yourls, and Yourls will spit out a short link for you.
The short link will take people to the long link page, but place a locker over it.
