Really need some help here - Looking for the best cloaker that anyone knows of to buy traffic out of Google and avoid having to turn and burn buy accounts. Cost makes no difference - just needs to be ultra effective and obviously nimble. Would it be better to just have something custom built? Is there something that has cross functionality for SEO too?
