Cloaking is always a bad idea, generally because it relies on keep an up to date list of search engine spiders, especially Google which is next to impossible to do accurately as they are always adding servers to there data centers and assigning new ips to the spiders, this mean if Google catches you on even one spider you are likely to be penalized or removed form the index

If you don't use your money site it is one of the bests ways to get the traffic. So what that Google deindex. You can create 10 or even 30 new web sites in one day.

The good cloakers usually start 1,000 and up...
