I see a lot of websites where you can find reviews or specifications about a lot of things, especially related to computers and technology.

How they get that content???
Because I'm sure they don't have all of those mobile phones, video cards etc to write unique content to their websites.

Big sites will get free samples from the manufacturers.
Smaller sites could..
1. Write it themselves.
2. User submitted
3. Rewrite reviews found online
4. Scraping it from some other review site
5. A mix of all above

every day, i write 3 new post ...it's enough to get good rank ?

nope .. just content is not the key of success .. there are couple of other factors too
