While faking other sites is probably easy, what do you suggest for Faking Facebook and Google as Referral sites for CPA offer page

THe problem with Facebook is that it has the url format like

http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fyoursite.com&h=74b7c

where "&h=74b7c" is different each time the link is clicked.

I guess similar will apply to google search results as well
