{HELP] RSS feed summary & copyright laws
First off, sorry if this post is in the wrong place. I did a search and couldn't find anything on this specific question.
On my site I have a news RSS feed that is used with WP Robot to create small summary posts about my niche subject. In each title of the post the source is given. In each individual post a link to the original article is shown.
Am I in any way in violation of copyright laws?

Re: {HELP] RSS feed summary & copyright laws
As long as you link back to the original site, you are clean. But it depends on the original source's copyright laws. Most are ok with syndication as long as you link back to the source. Check with the source of your content if they have any issues in regards to syndicating their content.
