Panda is coming in 2 months in my country

I figured out that cloaking is a great option to rank my website well.

Could you give some advices about it ?

Otherwise, What should I do to rank my website better ?

Seems like Gpanda has had some effect on some social pages like squidoo ect.
If you want to host your own site and do your own SEO this is the way to go. If you want to Cloak then you cant go past Fantomas Shadowmaker but it is not a cheap program.
