adjoin.me - several people say it is a scam
linkc.at - almost everyone saying it's a scam (just do a search)
adfoc.us - been around several months and paying w/ screenshots on DP/etc.. paying $5.50 CPM for US visitors..

Well, i just only know lnk.co, and they pay you a little more than adf.ly

Linkbucks is quite good.

I have used ads 4 us... they seem to be pretty legit.. Decent payouts as well

swyze is pretty neat I get paid weekly there.

I have used linkbucks and urlcash in the past. The latter's interface was not the friendliest, really... but it paid on time and everything. I don't know how it is working now.
