I've got Sony Vegas pro and Adobe after affects but always jump on ProShow Producer
for a quick quality video.

Animoto .com use the free 30 second video option, just upload about 10 pics choose a royalty free theme and music and its done 5 mins max from start to finish. Upload direct to your youtube channel and optimize.
