If by spoof referer u mean u need to show the people tracking say for eg Cpa company that the offer was clicked elsewhere? If this is what u ask of course u can.Just use Wp redirector or even a stand alone redirector, if not please clarify what exactly u want to achieve and maybe i can add further inputs

I don't think that was what Op was asking about but to answer your question
If u want to redirect your own domain submitted to FB Ads to an offers/click bank etc no u cant they verify that before letting your Ad go live. But u can submit Ad to a domain u own and after it has been approved and live redirect it to wherever u want it to go.

Hey, thanks guys for the input. Sorry I've not bean clear, I'm perhaps using the wrong terminology. Let me explain it in (my) layman terms and see what you think:
Currently
1) I get traffic from some traffic provider.
2) I send it via a WP blog with a redirect plugin (double meta refresh i believe)
3) The provider send traffic to www.mysite.com/blogpost_12345
4) The end destination sees traffic as www.mysite.com/blogpost
What I'm wondering is, can we do this in any way (similar to above or completely different) so that it looks like the traffic is coming from a FB page/group or Twitter page or some other social network?
Hope this makes sense...and thanks for help.
NOTE: this is not for CPA offer this is just to fool the end stats, so in this circumstance don't worry about if it will work with CPA (think more google analytics or youtube Insight)
I was hoping someone here would be able to work this out. In my world this would be very useful if possible.
