I have many troubles to install "Brad's CPA redirector":standalone cpaR,coz i'm totally noob on this matter

I use godaddy(non WP site),can someone take me by hand?

how to remove this and keep only the site content?

now is ok for the site content but when i click www.mysite.com/index.php/mn=1234
i got this:
No input file specified.
