Is there anything that can "anti" cloaking because I don't call letting people revisit my site without an affiliate link "stealing" because after all, it is their choice.

Nobody's taking that choice away from them. They can type your URL in manually or search your product name if they can't figure out the URL. Why does it matter how they get to your site anyway?
