Best software for a landing pages backend?

So I guess this should go into the PPC section but being so small and more a content related question here it goes. Google adwords is quite a bitch as we all know and doesn't just like a simple landing page, they want related pages, a site map, etc. My question is if there is a tool that can make all my backend stuff automatically like that.

use a combination of SpeedPPC+LPGen+XC
if you have enough budget, that should works
