Redirection question

Say I 'hide' my affiliate links through tinyurl or a .tk domain name or whatever other easy way. Now when someone opens that link, what will the CPA network see? What if they copy paste it into a new window?

I didn't specify it enough I think. I have a link on my website, my affiliate link. I 'hide' it with a simple tinyurl or short .tk domain. Now someone clicks my link from that website, what will the CPA network see? Traffic coming from .tk domain name or tinyurl link, or my website? What if users copy paste that same url into a new window, will the CPA network see then? It will be type-in traffic?

It depends on what sort of redirection they use ... tinyurl does a meta refresh so it sends a blank referer . not sure about this .tk domain that you mention ..

.tk is a domain from a very small country. You can use a domain name there that redirects to your website for free without using any details at all. Obviously they'll log your IP adress or something, but that's it. I mainly use tinyurl anyways, so thanks again!
