    if you are looking to buy data hit me up, i can put you on track op.

    cartos, you can scrape but if you hit a honeypot, your server and ip would get f*cked.

    @ LakeForest aw come on now what is this WF? I thought this was Black Hat World. lol

    Cratos doesn't go by the rules. Sometimes they have to be broken in order to get closer to the top.

    @ Paranoid Android

    I've scraped only a few hundred.. I haven't had any issues. I haven't used the list either though. Thanks for letting me know.

    I want to set up a blackhat e-mailing system in the future, and get GSA email spyder. I'm going to add you on skype.

    I scrape for a few clients who promote pharma stuff, works out pretty well for them, so its not totally useless if you know what you're promoting. Not good for general affiliate marketing and the sorts though

    Yeah I don't agree.. Scraping isn't useless. Unless you don't know what your doing. I can use a scraped targeted list for a number of things...

    Let me clear things for you all who think scrapping is bad.

    Who really cars about laws that you cant scrape emails?

    Scrapped emails can be good if you can get targeted emails, and fresh, other then that they might be useless.

    Learn how to scrape targeted emails, then send right offer and bank, if you do this, you cant really miss money, its just wrong to get out without money

    Targeted emails + right offer = money

    lets not talk about that email scraping is bad and you break laws etc. Rules are made to break them, of course dont break them in BHW.

    I have a question about this wikipedia link and the info on it in red.

    ""Sending behavior compliance

    • A message cannot be sent through an open relay
    • A message cannot be sent to a harvested email address
    • A message cannot contain a false header

    Content is exempt if it consists of[citation needed]:

    • religious messages;
    • political messages;
    • content that broadly complies with the marketing mechanisms specified in the law; or
    • national security messages.

    There are no restrictions against a company emailing its existing customers or anyone who has inquired about its products or services, even if these individuals have not given permission, as these messages are classified as "relationship" messages under CAN-SPAM.[7] But when sending unsolicited commercial emails, it must be stated that the email is an advertisement or a marketing solicitation. Note that recipients who have signed up to receive commercial messages from you are exempt from this rule.""

    Does this say, emails that are scraped can't have messages sent to them UNLESS they are:

    • religious messages;
    • political messages;
    • content that broadly complies with the marketing mechanisms specified in the law; or
    • national security messages.

    And does this mean:

    "But when sending unsolicited commercial emails, it must be stated that the email is an advertisement or a marketing solicitation."

    mean that as long as I send an unsolicited message with the words "This is an advertisement" in the email that I can get away with sending the email?
    ?

    Because believe me, I can scrape emails like a champ!!
