What the hell is Clickbank's refund policy?

So this is Clickbank's refund policy:

ClickBank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.

So that means that after roughly 2 months, no refund, right? But I looked at my transactions today and I see this:

What the hell? That guy got a refund over 3 months later. That's well over 60 days. I thought I was "in the clear" with that one? Is it possible that he found some way to fake his purchase date and get a refund anyway? Should I email Clickbank about this? Because I don't see anything about refunds after 60 days.

Thanks!

I would email them... it can't hurt. I have seen refunds come through after the 60 day mark, but never 90 days after the purchase. Now if your customer is showing some type of proof that they requested a refund inside of the initial 60 day window and it was never issued... that is a different.

Hmm that is very interesting... makes me wonder if clickbank honors refunds way after the 60 day period?? Interested to hear others' experience, never seen anything like this before (used to do quite a bit of clickbank marketing but didn't have many refunds, and the ones that did did it before the 60 days from what I remember).
