From time to time I look at the gigs on craigslist and, if someone looks like they could use some marketing assistance, occasionally I set up a meeting. Today I met with someone who performs an impressive, effective and teachable service that would make a fantastic niche product. It's been profiled by the local news before and carries quite a cache of testimonials.
I did a google keyword search for the exact term and found tens of thousands of monthly hits, yet extremely low keyword competition. I'm interpreting this as a wide open market with significant demand.

I want to maximize this opportunity to capitalize by using BHW-type promotion to my advantage.

I'm thinking of suggesting to the client they create a book and/or DVD to market on clickbank, amazon and on marketing tours. A YT channel, web site, email campaign and facebook presence were all developed in our meeting today. Any other suggestions?

so this guy has no website or anything? How was he marketing his services before? just offline?

Yes, some of their clients are pro athletes. Word of mouth has filled their individual schedule; we're discussing how to bring the service to a local then national audience in steps. The first is to incorporate social media, which is what our meeting was about yesterday. Does anyone have experience putting a product on clickbank?

I have 2 products on Clickbank and both are for athletes too actually haha.
