Submitting the article to directories like ezine,articlebase,goarticles works best for getting the quality backlinks(I think), because the page will contain a quality article.

But my question is that what type of article should be write, which get approved instantaneously?
For Example Amazine approve your article within an hour, while some others take many weeks to approve an article?
