The Vendor is "Tedsplans" , last month i made 150 net sales.they didn't send bonus to me ,i have sent email to them many times but no response.

what shall i do?

Maybe they are waiting to see if you get refunds/chargebacks?

Maybe.But i have sent 2 tickets yet,no response. i don't know why?
I made 160 sales,8 refunds 2 chargebacks.

Did you ask them for the bonus before 20th day of the following month ?

All bonus payout's must be claimed within 20 days of the following month. If this does not happen you will not get your bonus for that month. ?

Yes, i sent first ticket was 1th Nov,and second was 7th Nov.
But all no response.

Well then you should be paid at 20th ? or was it supposed to be 20th of last month ?

I suspect the 'bonus' si just fake incentives they will never pay out! I guess just be happy you made 150 sales in 1 month and got paid for that
