I need your help because I am on the verge of failure.
I have about $80 all in all. I wanted to promote a clickbank product but after I scouted it for lots of hours, I became discouraged.

There are countless products there indeed. But the niche and idea they're promoting is similar for products in the same niche. I did KW research and it seems that to make a decent affiliate website with around 3k exact local searches would be hard. The competition is pretty stiff and to succeed, I fear that my $80 would not be enough.

Any suggestions? I'm desperate!

P.S: I do not have a source of income, so that $80 is pretty much all I've got.

The real problem is that most people already know that clickbank products are crap and even if you manage to bring traffic your conversions will be very low. Try something else.

I dont think clickbank is saturated at all :P There is still a ton of potential there you are maybe just targeting a saturated niche?

Do some good on page seo if you dont have the money to invest in backlinks ect. Just make some facebook accounts ans start linking it from them and connect facebook to digg your shit and you should start gaining a bit of rank to make sales

I did this with a clickbank product i was promoting as i had no money to invest and i made 1-3 sales per day which i could reinvest to actually get backlinking tools such as senuke and scrapebox.

I am not sure $80 is going to get you to far in the niches you are looking at, look at products with less competition, then find keywords in that niche that will work.

Of course, only promote products that work, nothing with too much hype or flat out too good to be true, there are thousands and thousands of products to promote.

CB is only saturated with a bunch of incompetent marketers, or marketers focused too much on the highest gravity products, thereby creating too much competition for those products. Concentrate on products that have medium gravity (60-160) instead of maximum gravity, most of those CB offerings are much easier to get conversions with.

Here is a quote str8 from cb-analytics:

"High gravity usually indicates high competition. But this alone shouldn't stop you. 5% of [clickbank] affiliates usually generate 95% of the sales so the remaining 95% don't put up much of a fight. Low gravity doesn't mean small sales volume either. Single affiliate can still sell 100s of copies per day"

If I was you, I would take a serious look at Amazon. Commissions are smaller, but the amount of traffic it takes to convert is probably 10% of what it takes to convert with a CB product.

You can't really do any of this without back up income so you need to put your focus on finding a job. Without a job, your $80 is going to disappear pretty quick. You would probably be better off writing some articles for Associated or the other one that the name escapes me right now. At least that way you would have some income.

I'm new to ClickBank and it definitely feels like it to me. Although I'm still doing niche researching and haven't even picked one yet. It just seems like it's really competitive for the good products. But I guess it's like that on every site.

Its competitive because there is ALOT of money to be made on Clickbank and everyone wants to make money so yeah expect competiton, however if you work hard enough, read, learn and also come up with your own spin to methods explained here on BHW then you will make money too!

The internet is growing daily and so is the amount of people coming online looking to buy things, clickbank won't be saturated in the near future IMO.

if it's the usual make money online niche (or paid surveys, whatever in online business field), it's very saturated indeed. The big boys usually have capital to start, in design, in advertising, and even for the content.

Get that targeted traffic you need and surely you can success
