I'm just wondering if anyone is having a similar problem since my hop count has been going crazy last 3 days.

Hops are appearing and disappearing form my account every few hours.

Example: I was up to 102 yesterday when I woke up and I checked again now it got reduced to 98 yesterday. Anyone having a similar issue?

MUCH worse than that in my case. Since Tuesday 08, my hops went straight to 0 and so did my sales. For a day or so on the 10th, reporting was down and it says so at the site. I didn't really care till today, really, as this often happens with CB, but today I logged in and stats were back up, everyhting OK in theory but sales and hops still a big 0. (I know for a fact it has nothing to do with my SERPs since they're in fact better than ever. )

Anyone else having this problem? bulldogzg, how are things going on your end today?


EDIT: HOPS went to 4 on the 8th, 3 on the 9th, and then 1 for the last two days. That's from almost 200 on the 7th.

Confirmed. Improvement in SERP but hops dropped like crazy. There is a problem for sure, hope they fix it soon.

Hi guys, still not working at my end either, I finally hit page one, I see a lot of visitors to my site but my hop count for the last few days is 3 in total!

Anyone tried emailing them? I'm gonna open a support ticket when I get home

I am having thesame problems too. My hop count is showing daily 0, 2, 2, 4 for different products when normally its ALOT more than that and also had zero sales 2 days in a row....

My Website got over 300 hits in one day (webhost reporting) and its been only reporting 9 hops each day which is weird cause the page redirects to the aff site. the sales dropped too for one day but started again. could we be losing sales too?

Its now reporting 170 hops first day when it started and then 154 the second day but then 9 thereafter

At least I am not the only one I suppose. The thing is CB are such a bunch of thieves that they will come out and tell everyone "Sales were not affected during this period bla bla bla".

I emailed them earlier on too.

A few sales on the 7th and nothing since the drop. How about you guys?

Actually when ever this happened before (since it's really not the first time), my sales would still go through. Not this time thou so I'm just curious if they will re-appear or if CB will just keep the extra $$ made during this period.

It would be really nice if they send a mass email or at least posted something about this

Yep, my hops are starting to update as well up to the 9th, even though they look rather low and sales are not reported yet. Haven't been answered yet either, but it's to osoon I guess. We'll see what happens during the weekend.

I was wondering has everyones stuff went back to normal, my hops did but i have no sales today which is seriously weird when i got 200% more hops than normal the highest amount of hops i have ever gotten actually and not one sale :P

Hops are back, but no sales today nor since this all begun on the 8th. Can't tell you how thrilled I am with all this situation.

I am experiencing the same thing. Went from 8-10 sales/day to nothing. I don't think they will screw everyone though. Microwave some popcorn :-)

My sales have dropped on other networks last few days so maybe its not Clickbank and hoping its just the quiet before the Christmas storm!

TBH I think that while sales may be slowing down, it is most definitely Clickbank. I have had consistent 8-10 sales/day for at least 6 months now on the same product. All of a sudden its nothing? No sales? I call BS.

This could be a shaving period for all we know, and clickbank has not addressed anything on this topic on their website.

IDK what to think - my hops are still not back to normal, I have 2/3 less hops despite the fact that my traffic doubled. Also not a single sale in this 4-5 days

im thinking about sending them an email about it for the lack of sales and tons of hops and stuff that it looks not normal but then again what can they really do about it though? They would hardly give people back their sales and stuff would they xD?

Ha, the dreaded 'shaving' period!

Considering so many of us are seeing drop in sales then it surely cannot just be a myth!

As I already said, I should have a steady amount. 8-10/day/avg. Nothing for 5 days now.

I did have 3 order form impressions tonight for the first time after this whole thing started, but again, no sales

Finally got sales registered for the 13th (yesterday), but NOT ANY for the 5 previous days, since this all began. - @Patel: This is almost impossible, particularly considering my stats and hops for the period (never happened in over 3 years, btw) -. Only thing showing is a message of "client analytics delayed" on the stats page, but this would be pretty standard on normal circumstances - not sure what it means now. Haven't received a reply from them, either.

I think they may still be catching up with the data. I hope things are ok by tomorrow. If this wasn't the case, the worst thing here would not be the money we may have lost these days (at least for me), but the fact CB wouldn't be to be trusted anymore. Yes, I know many of you didn't trust any network already, but I'm sort of naive this way.

Anyways, we'll see.
