It looks like it basically outlaws review sites. e.g., "Also, affiliates cannot pose as neutral third parties evaluating two products so they make a commission on selling one of them."

Question is, will CB actually crack down, or is this merely smoke and mirrors on their part to make the FTC happy?

I was just now wanting to try the whole review site thing, and this slightly bothered me.

That's bullshit. If this is true, watch their revenue go down like whore.

From the wording it sounds like as long as both/all products you're reviewing you get a commission from then it's okay to do. Most review sites I run or have seen have this format, so I'm assuming this is fine

My guess would be that Clickbank would never crackdown on this anyways though
