My clickbank vendor stats from August 28 to October 28

Form Submit count: 7 (payment form submits)

Sales: 6 (actual sales)

Stats from October 28 to November 14

Form submit count: 13

Sales 0

I can understand there could be a few mistakes when people are submitting their payment information, like incorrect address or invalid cc. But 13 payment submits and 0 sales? Did anyone experience something similar?

Here is their standard reply letter I got from them which they send to everyone:

"
There are several reasons that an order form submit may not turn into an order including (1) the customer didn't enter all the fields correctly and (2) the customer's method of payment was declined. When a customer doesn't enter the fields correctly, which happens more often, our order form is designed to help customers to enter the correct information as efficiently as possible."

Incorrect Client Analytics Data

Conclusion: Clickbank's tracking and statistics got fucked-up ever since they implemented the new analytics reporting.
So refer to the old tracking system.

Your problem might be because of Clickbank's tracking errors. And you're not alone, I have that problem too... so is many other vendors out there.

Yeah, I just bought a product from myself and it went through and showed up in my stats instantly...

This seems to crop up fairly regularly. There were a bunch of similar threads at the Warrior Forum last year around this time.
