I need some help

I have been getting good traffic from bum marketing / SEM / SEO and I am getting over 2000 hops per day

On some days I can clean up with $250 and then no sales for 3 days in a row then 7 days with a sale everyday!

I would like some ideas on how to ensure a smooth flow of sales everyday?

Also I am now building a email list using aweber - whats the best way to sell to these people and over what time etc?

Unfortunately, theres not much you can do about the random fluxuation in sales. Especially in a recession, theres no way to ensure consistent sales. The best you can do is find out which keywords, pages, products, etc are converting and which ones arent.

The only way to get more steady income is more traffic. As we don't know your niche, it's a little difficult to give recommendations but you say you already use SEO, why not try out PPC? Set a low daily cap and see how that works.
