Anyway, how can I login again for at least get a backup? PLEASE, I need a backup of one of my two sites hosted there, please I only asking you no more than a few mbytes (my backup) because I don´t want to lost all my effort.

I don´t know exactly how many days the website was offline (for sure more than 3 days), but the only thing I know is that ... suddenly my income was almost stopped and I started to lost positions at google.

Please, I don´t want to wait more days, I don´t need more explanations, I only want to access to my files.

Please...answer me as soon as you can.

Mate, I've replied to already...you've got your backup and you never told me if u need a fresh account. I dnt have a prblm with that.

I think here there is a "nightmare" which I can´t understand...

I didn´t receive any mail with the backup. On the other hand... I paid for one year hosting, I am not asking for nothing less, I only want to be able to use the services which I paid to you for the hosting, I really want to access to my files.

The point is... are you still remember the mail which I always use to reach you since 14th May?

I only have 2 blogs which all the entries combined are less than 75... so I think I will only host the small one which has less than 10 entries.

I will wait until your answer, maybe (I hope) I can restore my position at google in less than 3 months.
