One important aspect of buying and selling online is trust. And sometimes it is hard to gauge a person by just their online profile and a couple of posts. Most people don't have time to read all the posts in the forum. That is where I-Trader comes in. It is similar to Ebay's feedback in that for every transaction you carry out with another member of Black Hat World you are given the option to give the following ratings:

Positive Rating of +1
Neutral Rating of 0
Negative Rating of -1

Rating are pretty self explanatory; if you received what you were suppose to receive, a +1 is in order. If you got scammed or the work was of poor quality, a -1 is in order. Neutral is something in between 0 and 1. You are also given several lines to state what goods or services your purchased and why you gave the rating you did. This is very important to Black Hat World and I encourage everyone to take advantage of the i-Trader.

If you are a seller you should encourage buyers to leave you positive feedback as this will increase your sales in the long run and also prove that you are a reliable seller.

Buyers you should take advantage of i-Trader to let other buyers know if the person they purchased goods and services from is a legit source or a scum bag. If the person only did half the work and left you out to dry, its only right to let other members aware of this user by leaving i-Trader feedback.

Where is i-Trader located?

It is located on the top-right hand side of the posts in a thread. You simply click on the "0" or whatever number is to submit your i-Trader feedback.

the problem is that we are using the theme "HaRRo"

you can see iTraders once u switch to the default theme

Okay, I am hiring customer service. Can my customer service give itrade on behalf of me? I would ask my customers to give itrade to me and my customer service give them itrade. I haven't tried.

Will the system check that the giver of the itrade must be the creator of the BST thread? Is this allowed, if we can do it? I really want to delegate jobs, all jobs, to others.

there was a fault at the technical end regarding the dedicated server. everything is settled between me and blackmagicmaster. so, ignore my previous post.

Still once again for you all

When you are reading someone's post or reply what do you see his avatar, name, post date and time on the right hand side, on the left side you would see some more info about the person related with BHW trading the last one says iTrader (0)
so you see this number would always be in yellow color

Roll over to this number which again can vary from a 0 to any numerical string of numbers, you would see that the mouse pointer has changed to a hand sign which means taht you can click it, and once you click on it you are inside the iTrader page.

Once inside you can find the total reviews received by that person at the bottom of this ratings which you would see in green, white and red color you will find a small text in yellow color stating :Submit your feedback for <id name>" click on it it would also be in yellow color and underlines, you would land on a page which would give you some options to select and some text areas to type.

Read teh instructions carefully present near each drop down box and you are done with your review or iTrade post, to show it to others, scroll a bit down and find the button saying Submit - click it and you are done
