I just wanted to say thanks for everything, you guys provide such a high-quality product and thoughtful, helpful customer service; Seth even takes the time to follow up with customers in the weeks after their purchase to make sure that everything is working out well for them.

This is actually the second Professional license that I have purchased (got one for my office and VPS over a year ago, and a second for my laptop and home workstation), and I couldn't be happier with the software and the direction Seth and the team has taken the project.

I also own licenses for every major SEO software that could be remotely useful (ZennoPoster, Xrumer, Tweet Adder, Sick Submitter, Ultimate Demon, Scrapebox, almost a hundred more), and despite learning how to use each and discovering that each of these software have a purpose, none have impacted my productivity, profitability, free time, and resources (time/money/data) like uBot Studio.

This software actually opened tons of doors for my company and myself personally. This is the first time I have ever had such easy access to a flexible data collection solution before, and it actually put "big data" (or big to me )in my reach and has allowed me to provide priceless lists for my projects, employees, and clients.

Now the data we gain from my custom uBots allows us to make informed decisions for my projects as well as our clients, which has really taken our business to the next level in a way I could have never anticipated before I bought my first license for uBot Studio. Every single day I think of new ways to leverage this software to test and prove concepts and ideas, not to mention automate tedious processes (which has been tremendously profitable) that I would have once avoided.

All in all, thanks Seth, and thanks to your team as well, your software has had a tremendous impact on the workflow, profits, and capacities of my company, and allowed us to finish things faster and more accurately, allowing us to raise the bar (in more ways than one!); thanks for providing the software that lets an English major program and bring his ideas to life!

PS.: I hate seeing these people trying to be smartasses about the update, and I'm amazed that you care about the customer service enough to even give it the time of day. People, please realize that every second Seth has to spend dealing with pissy, unhepful remarks is a second that he doesn't get to spend debugging the new update, which I trust will be awesome. So for uBot's sake, leave the kind man alone and let him do the work we all enjoy so much: just using the tools Seth & co. have already created, there is plenty of money to be made that it should be able to keep us all busy, and creating an account to give the creator a hard time like that is just plain rude...

Sent two emails over last 2 days - to transfer my licence to a new computer .. and no answer to either domain email I got when purchased or on support email. (granted support email was earlier this morning)

Danny1111, sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not sure who you're emailing, but we have an organized support system where our users create tickets. The system is available at support.ubotstudio.com. If an email ends up hitting an actual person they'll probably respond and help you out, but it may take a while.

UBot Studio software is a browser. It works on most websites, including youtube. There's a bunch of different ways to use youtube, I'm not sure what you're planning on doing, but there are plenty of UBot Studio created software that works in youtube. Danny, we respond to tickets in less than 12 hours 99% of the time. If you opened a ticket and didn't get a response in 24 hours, let me know your ticket ID #.

If you sent an email and didn't get a response, that's because it might not have gone anywhere. We don't normally do support via email, so there's no way to tell what happened there. I apologize for any confusion that caused. Just let me know if you don't hear back asap.

We restrict non-customers to 1 post per day on our forum. This is out of necessity.

If you are a customer those restrictions are lifted, but we don't know you purchased unless you use the same email address when you purchase that you use to sign up to the forum.

I've removed your restrictions because it looks to me like your a customer.

Anyone else who buys, just let a Mod know and we'll remove the restrictions asap.

Not to beat a dead horse -- but I was told to answer to emails and not use the ticket system.... anyway I'm happy now - as it's working.

I own the Developer Version. You need a) Patience and b) basic coding knowledge (logic, HTML, etc.). It is a great piece of Software.

First I should say you don't have to pay for updates at all if you don't want. Your software works fine forever if you don't want to get updates, support, etc.

(But I should add that we're kicking a$$ and taking names putting out sweet updates every month or so. We add new features OFTEN...and we just created an API so that we, and even our customers, can build their own UBot Studio plugins....)

We are using Authorize.net. It's one of the biggest payment processors, but it's not a fan of VCC's I guess.

We use it because it stops a LOT of fraud. Probably thinks that's what's happening. I'll PM you for more info.

Issue solved. Apparently it was marked for fraud. And your support team cleared it. Rest of it went smoothly except the phone call at 1 AM in the morning.

Another suggestion, it would be cool if you can make a downloadable PDF guide with all the commands etc. Helps those with slow connections.
