I've never actually done chargebacks - what's the way to do it? I have Visa card, I was Googling around a bit but the info is quite confusing and I'm not sure how and can I initiate chargeback...

No, just tried yesterday again, now even username scraper doesn't work like it should, it scrapes username and rel="nofollow" - they pretty much abandoned this and now selling on flippa to squeeze the last buck...
EDIT: I should've done this sooner as the auction ends soon, but I've posted a comment and put link to this topic on their flippa sales page

Hey, do you guys also own http://gigsterrbot.c0m ? I have been trying to contact Grayson (who developed social exposure system) and curiously socialexposuresystem.c0m now redirects to gigsterbot.
I bought social exposure system a while back and it has been a massive mistake...talk about a scam! i've been sending emails to support for a refund but no reply...now I see that Grayson has developed this product and has totally dumped his socialexposuresystem customers with no explanation, no support and no refund...I want answers!

Re: Gigsterrbot has arrived: BHW's FIRST Fiverr Automated Spammer
Ok- firstly, the software is functioning 100% and still being updated. Secondly, you're all complaining here in the thread but not sending emails. I've been handling emails (granted a bit delayed) but just as I always have. I don't think some of you take into consideration the amount of work that goes into development. You can preach "outsource support" all you'd like, but it's not about support.. it's about access to liquid resources and being able to justify supply/demand / profit / loss.
Yes, gigsterrbot has been sold.. WHY? Because the audience here across the bh community obviously can't appreciate the time and energy put into releasing such a tool.. it's not worth our time to continue putting work into a tool which was meant to be PRIVATE.
It was released exclusively here and WF as a way to help cover future development costs.. and as you can see here... PLANNING chargeback schemes for NO REASON isn't exactly funding our endeavors as needed. Refunding and yelling "scam" just because I'm not replying to a forum thread is baseless, and I've yet to find any reason other than sales thread conspiracy for any customer to be unsatisfied. EVEN taking slow support replies into consideration. I feel as though we do a pretty good job working with the resources we're alloted.
To those of you who have purchased and are using GB- You will continue to receive free updates and support from the new owner as it's all been arranged. Support requests will continue to be monitored at gigsterrbot@gmail.com and that's that.
It was our software, which was and IS still making us quite a bit of extra income. But continuing to manage and support the software commercially isn't feasible considering the circumstances and amount of time required. And that's what we've decided to do. If you don't like it, I'm sorry. But that's the way the nature of business is. Any real business man would agree.
My apologies to anyone who may have been overlooked or unanswered here in the thread or PM, If you have an unanswered msg/pm/email please email me once more and I'll be certain to get everyone replied to and every unresolved issue resolved. I have the best of intentions and would appreciate some patience as I'm doing my best to make the transition as smooth for the customers as it is for the new owner.
gigsterrbot@gmail.com
Thanks!

"Ok- firstly, the software is functioning 100% and still being updated."
Your last update was 1.0.30.0 on 25.01.2012 is that correct? Well I'm telling you that I've just opened Gigsterrbot and not one I repeat not one module is functioning at this stage! If you had any decency you would have contacted the buyers of this software and notified them about the impending sale and at the same time assured your buyers that all will be ok...do you really think the buyers is gonna believe you now come-on!

I second this. No updates, software doesn't work. I only managed to log the the dummy account, that works...
Here is a video showing that the two modules actually don't work.
http://screencast.com/t/RvgL1gkJ
DISCLAIMER: the fiverr gig in the video I used to harvest usernames is not mine
I didn't check other modules as the video was already getting too long (16.7 MB big file) and I decided to stop before I went on to show you that account creator doesn't work as well - I have an awful upload speed from here so I decided to run with this. I am only not sure about request hunter, I have never tried using that, so I won't say anything to that one. Text spinner actually works, but it's pretty much just the spintax generator where you add the text in spintax and it generates a clean spin.
If you really push me, I'd be glad to record other modules, heck I'll go that far and create an iMacro script that harvests usernames and save them and then try and see if the Gigsterrbot mailer works - I am pretty sure it doesn't, as it was obviously the most complex of the modules considering fiverr's anti-bot systems in place.
The funny thing about account harvester is that they made it impossible (at least I couldn't find out a way) to edit the harvested account files. Heck when I open the software directory those files are not even there. If I could just save the usernames with those silly rel="nofollow" tags and open them in notepad or something else to remove that unwanted part it would be awesome, but no, you actually can't, it's somehow locked & hidden.
I couldn't test the mailer because I currently don't have any usernames harvested to mail to, becase, well, the foken account harvester obviously doesn't work so I can't get any usernames to work with in the first place. There are some old username files in the software directory that I used before, but they are empty and I can't delete them for some reason.
And if you think about it, eransacked actually told the truth - software works 100%, I mean you can still open it, yeah, so it works... XD

Apologies for double post, but I really loved this one Xd

1. When planning a release of such a software you have to know your variables - if you were not sure you could pull this off, why did you even endeavor into it? Yes, business is risk, but the risk has to be calculated. From what I can see, this is your second attempt at creating a software that turns out to be nothing but a garbage because of your obvious miscalculation of capabilities, limits and available resource (human, technical, time...)
2. PRIVATE? Wtf you even talking about? What private? How private? Releasing on BHW and WF at the price point of 47 and 57 bucks and expecting the software to be private? Can't even comment reasonably on this one, makes no sense at all...
3. Planning chargeback schemes for no reason? Are you even being serious here?
4. Sales thread conspiracy? What the actual f#%* ? What will be next - 9/11 is the reason Gigsterrbot doesn't work? (Sincere apologies to everyone who might find him/herself offended by this statement, RIP to the victims of that horrible time). Come on dude, at least take responsibility and admit that you screwed up on this one, as well as the Social Exposure System (yeah, you seem like building a nice record of failures...). You have yet to find any reason for a customer to be unsatisfied? I give you reasons:
-account creator: NOT WORKING
-account harvester: NOT WORKING
-gig finder: NOT WORKING
-mailer: probably not working as well, as it has never actually worked for more than a couple of days, and there hasn't been an update for almost a month
etc etc
The only real "fault" we who bought this software of yours is that we were being naive to even believe one second this was a legitimate operation. I certainly can't understand myself for being so stupid and seeing the evidence (no topic responses, email support silence, Skype being online but doesn't reply...), yet still dumping 47$ I could spend on something else and at least make a few bucks. Blaming us for anything else is just pure madness and ludicrous to even think about.

Hi BennyB the word "Parabellum" makes me go all easy and soft mate...But back to this scam, I just noticed that both the products of these 2 Scammers were deleted from the Warrior Forum in totality(Typical) Luckily I copied and imported all the posts and emails from the complaining parties including myself which I'm now forwarding to PayPal and 2CO. Bottom line is these Cyber Criminals must be stopped at all costs! What really got me going is their wholesome trustworthy posts on the Warrior Forum where they knew all the newbies are for a quick buck! I just contact a couple of me ex intelligence marine mates and after good research (including a couple 'o IP checks) we got now boots on the ground...stay tuned!! (For me myself I'd like to see them squealing like the double crossing suspects they are!)

Before I go. If you bought this software through PayPal and 2CO came back to you through PayPal with a
"Your refund request has been declined: Case so-and-so" Then you give it 48 Hours and escalate it to a "claim"..never give up! This software with the unconditional support was a lie from the start!!..

This is stupid and seems like one rule for one and another rule for someone else.
I received an infraction on my account because I made one stupid error of posting an affiliate link, which I apologised for but my infraction stays for life.
This means I can never sell anything on the forum.
These scammers come on here and do not even get an infraction or a ban?
This is never right.
Now for posting this I will probably get banned myself.
