I know that I've already said how impressive a program that this was and everything but this time I want to tell you how AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE is!
My computer crashed and I have been contacting different support people from different software companies that I have purchased.
I sent rickstar a PM here on BHW and within an hour I had a response, an email to download the link AND everything installed!!!

I have sent Rick a very detailed suggestion on an additional feature that will boost all of our YA marketing attempts 10-fold!
I won't post the details or contents of the message unless Rick gives me permission as I don't want to harm his plans.
According to the image he posted above it doesn't look like it was even planned to be integrated so if we are lucky it will be included in the application as an added feature.

I can't vote "Best Answer" through the soft although the question was posted much longer than the minimum required hour. I get the message "selection unsuccessful - you need to wait one hour from posting the question".
Any help with this?

I also notice that when posting batch questions, the program freezes every now and then and I would have to start over.
Any input would be great.

I got an email regarding swipe. I wanted to make sure it was legit as I found it on the spam box.
just purchased and installed without issue. very clean and organized interface. seems to be very well documented. looking forward to digging in on this. i should be full steam by this weekend and will post an update review soon

There isn't a final verdict about this yet, but it will probably be free or a low cost upgrade similar to Answer Swipe (http://answerswipe.com)
Just bought yesterday and have been trying it this morning and I am rather impressed so far.
One thing that I have not been able to find is does the program report incorrectly solved captchas to death by captcha?
in a test run today I made 6 accounts and death by captcha says that I had 14 correct captchas.
from the DBC site it says this

No! You don't pay for incorrectly solved CAPTCHAs.
The software that you use must have the “Report as incorrect“ function implemented. This function will be responsible of telling our service if the CAPTCHA that we served was incorrectly decoded.

I bought the software last summer a very short while after you released it and haven't touched it since.
Am I still good to go with the latest version when I finally start using it or am I somehow missed the train?
Doesn't seem to work at all for me.
Wont fetch any answers, questions, accounts info (levels) nothing seems to be completely dead. Wtf is it just me?

You and a few other persons.
Try one of the few things:
1. Restart AA.
2. If using VPN - change IP (try ussing PPTP instead) if proxy, check it.
3. Clear cache with AA and CCleaner.
4. Check that ur protection does not block somehow AA.
5. OPen preview and see where it gets stuck.
PS. For me restarting AA and/or changing the IP ALWAYS did the trick!
I bought some lvl 2 YA accounts. I can log in to them using the browser. But when I try to do it through AA, it gives me "Invalid ID or ID has not been registered yet". What's the problem here? Im manually adding the accounts so that I can make sure that username and pass are correct, but still having the same issue.

I'd like to use the software to auto answer yahoo questions from:
1. a specific country
2. a specific sub categorization
3. with specific keywords in the question
Like an "auto pilot" feature.
Can AA do this? If so how?
