Review:
Soma was nice enough to hook me up with a review , and I must say it does what it's supposed to do and it does it very well. The interface is very user friendly and I am pretty sure even the biggest idiot can work with it. And even then you can make usage of the great tutorials.
It's using the prism browser ( which is a stripped down version of firefox) and this pretty much makes it crash safe and fast.
the program uses some build in proxies but you can use your own ( which could speed it up even more) , but the in house proxies that come with it worked fine for me.
Scraping results do depend on the keywords you are using and how many of them you are using. The list of sites to scrape from is pretty big, but I think the best ones to scrape are twitter and firefox. Depends on the nice and the keywords offcourse.
This program also scrapes google suggest and has many more options to get keywords lists ( meta keywords , wordtracker , GKT from google )
You can also change what search criteria to look for and this could also improve the scrape success.
I do believe the geo targetting needs some work but it's mentioned that this doesn't always work well and depends on the sites you are scraping as well. However it does work.
Last feature which i also liked a lot if the cleaning room , this cleans your lists very well and even verifies them.
Only minor issue i found is that it takes some time to shut down after a scrape.
I solved this by just opening the program again in another thread.
So very nice software overall and I am sure a lot of ppl can find good use for it.
