Posting to blogengine I get many "Submitted", I check all of them and no message has been posted.

• Can the reason be that these blogs are moderated?

When using the slow commenter I noticed that there are some URLs where, when SB arrives to post to this URL it crashes... well, it starts to use the processor 50% and it blocks (it doesn,t turn off, but it doesn't go on and it's not possible to abort it without terminating the application.

• Anybody noticed the same issue?

• What's the difference betweent the slow commenter and the slow commenter accurate mode?

Hey guys, can anyone share with me and this thread some examples of blog comments that get the post to get past mod's noses and stick? I've never blog commented before and wanted to get some Ideas so I dont waste any time over analyzing the ads. Do you want to have your posts to sound like a pitch to go to your site or just the opposite?

And any "best link structure" advise?
Deep link into my site with different spun keyword and url variations?
Best to do main page of site only?

I use senuke and other scripts but never got around to blog commenting. Untill now! By looking over this thread of the people who love this software I just couldn't resist buying it and adding it to my arsonal!

Also, I've been watching on this thread people who are getting a "90% post sticking success rate" with good proxies. How is that all done? What kind of Comment ads are these guys doing?

I realize that the creator prob dont read all these posts but I would like to request a true ping function be added to scrapebox so I can ping my comments and to integrate SBlinkchecker.exe into scrapebox, why have it as a separate tool and not as an addon.

The link checker IS integrated (Check Links in the bottom part of SB).

But such checker would be fine. I would like to see such checker in the LinkChecker. It wouldnt cost a Byte more in Bandwith even.

I bought this software today and I must say that it is a real bargain because for less experienced users (like me) it is as useful as xrumer, but you have to pay just 1/10 of xrumer price. I hope that sbox will help me to achieve good results with my upcoming new cb product.
Also, I would like to add that this software is more ''user friendly'' than I expected, as all basic features are explained in the sbox official videos but like tami6699 mentioned - without ''brainpower'' you won't achieve good results

np, I just think the addon would really help.

Anyone has the same problem: The adjustment of the maximum connections of the 4 harvester are fix now in my case i can't adjust the connections for multiharvester within the program (i can change it in scrapebox.ini but the easy way is not available any more in my case).

regarding the keyword suggest scraper.

would love to see some additions there, such as adding letters and numbers after the root keyword as it runs through, like keywordfury does.. Brings a hell of a lot more keyword results in.

Installed cleanly on XP, my license was accepted quickly, and I am installing the add-ons from the author site now while I read the guides and see videos.

I expect a learning a curve, but confident this is a good tool.

No doubt it will make it's money back.

Quick Question:

How does everyone check pagerank with half decent speed without getting their ips blocked??? everytime I check mine get blocked regardless of how many sites.

I took a bunch of about hundred web2 and forum profiles link and combined them into one XML file with scrapebox... Is there a max number links inside the XML file to watch out for before I look like a spammer or raise any red flag?

Set the connections high, use public proxies and be aware that when the message comes up that you aborted it you have to check again because not all urls have their pagerank already. Do this until only a couple are left. Then use your own ip to do the rest.

scrape blogs and go ahead look for some decent comments before writing your totally unique comments. try to make them decent and revelant to the niche of the site your posting to. no one will really give you their examples of comments as they have spent time to write them out. i myself take quite some time to write out before adding spins to them

whether the comment passes right under the mod's noses is really up to them. they can actually disapprove or report as spam if they don't really feel like looking through too. this could be due to multiple instances of other spamming the same blog too

Learn to spin and you should be ok.

Well earlier today I did a run with over 30k links I wanted to ping, no problem.

Unless of course you mean over 1k of your own website links.

I thought the Harvester is realiable when he tells you that he got all results. But its not the case.

Im using free proxies for scraping and used them on the keywords:

intitle:"Pligg beta"
inurl:"register.php"++"powered by pligg"

Because they are free proxies it mostly doesnt work. But I did it again and again. So I got results some times.
The thing is the first search is around 100 results in normal google but the second one is around 1k.
But with SB I got for both keywords results of 100 urls and the button in the resultlist was green after that. One time there was even 0 Result and the button was green.
So the check if a keyword is fully scraped is broken. Disappointing.

I'm having a problem harvesting forum urls. I'm using a footprint to seek out vbulletin forums for my keywords.

The problem is that it's only returning under 100 results, and the forums it's picking are not remotely related to my keywords. I've tried both targeted and broad keywords (and I've tried just 1 keyword as well as several).

To give you an example it's returning shirley mclean (and overclocking) forums for the keywords "earth" and "green energy".

I've checked in google and there should be 100s of targeted forums. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong (probably something simple I know!)?

Is it possible to tell screpebox to harvest pages in specific language only? There is such option when you use non-english google (a checkbox below input field, see the image ).
I think it could be turned on by just one parameter in GET request.

I won't go in to all the technical details, but the multi-threaded harvester uses a special low bandwidth Google search page it does not tell you "Results 1 - 10 of about 5,000,000" nor does it have page numbers from 1-10 at the bottom, it doesn't even have descriptions, cache links etc under the URL's.

It's hard to tell what's the "end" of the results, especially when your using free proxies constantly failing giving the impression one of the (up to) 500 connections has reached end of results.

The multi-threaded harvester is not, i repeat NOT a precision harvesting tool.. It goal is simple, to tear the heart of out Google and pull down the most URL's in the shortest timespan using the least bandwidth possible. It doesn't care about your free proxy that crapped itself on a pageload, it doesn't care you were expecting x,xxx results for a specific query and you got a few hundred less than that...

So your "problem" is simply a case of wrong tool for the wrong job, if you have free proxies prone to failure and every queries results are critical use the single threaded harvester. If you don't give a damn and simply want a million URL's while you make coffee, multi-thread it.

Yes sure you can do that. In the Custom Googles, you can add the extension plus the hosts language like this:



To get the letter code for a language, do a search on Google when ticking the language box and look in the URL string for hl=XX



The hl= parameter means "Hosts Language".

Try harvesting wit the multi harvester turned off.

sweet is there any chance of extending the about of your websites you can do at once using rapid indexer ? i have a 33k list and only supports 1k
