I asked a different question, not the one with lesser $$ upfront payment. What if the articles gets rejected after reviews? The same rule applies?

It depends on for what reason AC declines the articles with. If the reasons are "cite your sources" ,"change your title to better suit the article", "keywords are too long" or "summary is not related to the article", then these are easy to fix and resubmitting for upfront payment would not be a problem. (the 'cite your source' can easily be fixed with a little trick I found in this forum. I can show you guys if you want). I would encourage you to fix the problem really quick, and under normal circumstances, I would not exercise the money-back guarantee in these cases.

If the reasons are more serious, e.g. "the topic on this article is too board", or "AC is currently building its library blah blah blah", reasons that require you to change the article itself big-time, then you can exercise the money-back guarantee. Of course, the AC screenshots/login & password requirement would still apply.

I didn't intent for the premium articles to be used for AC, since I never got over $10 USD for one article from AC. So you are welcome to use the premium articles for AC, but if it doesn't pull in more than $10 from AC, I cannot pay you back the difference.
