A few questions

For the 30 Long tails used what will be the EXACT US search count? Do you have any criteria's?
What will be the criteria for the main keyword? ( as it's an EMD ) & do you look at Commercial Intent value?
Thesis skins will be free ones available or custom programmed ones?

First of all thanks for interest in the service.Coming to the questions,here are the answers -

1. For the 30 Long tails used what will be the EXACT US search count?
=> We research Main Keyword in such a way that it has more than 30 long tails and related keywords.We cannot guarantee the exact search volume but we always try to provide best possible search volumes (Ranging from 100 to 1k) and best CPCs.

2. Do you have any criteria's? What will be the criteria for the main keyword?
=> As mentioned in the OP,the main Keyword will have more than 1k US Local Searches and AdWord's Competition will range from Medium to High which is really important.Also,the Keywords will have good commercial intent and will not be information keywords which generally have low commercial value.

3. Thesis skins will be free ones available or custom programmed ones?
=> We use Premium Thesis Skins from Kolakube like Marketer's Delight v2,etc.I am PMing you a Sample site so you will have a good idea of it.
