Yes these are real visitors, that will see the website.
Now I won't risk myself to give you any estimation of results on AS clicks or email submits. What I guarantee with the traffic is a huge impact on your pagerank, alexa rank, and search engine positions.

I still haven't seen anyone reported any "actions" from the visitors. If we were talking 10k or more untargeted visitors, I'd tell you, yeah, maybe we won't see much activity, conversions...etc. But 10k USA visitors targeted by niche, this MUST convert at least to a certain extent.

Thanks for the update! As mentioned above, draksa got clicks, so that wouldn't be possible for a bot.

The delivery will be made in 10K per your request, the 30-days period isn't an option that will impact your campaign, don't worry.
I suggest checking out your host bandwith limit so you don't overload the servers too much
