I don't have a live example of that taking place, but in theory it's easily done.

Since WP Data Storm syndicates the content to your blog in "Post" format you can then arrange that data any way you like.

For instance, if you wanted to have all of the WP listings as back fill you could easily backdate all of the Post prior to syndication.

Depending on the theme you use, it would also be easy to add a featured category if you wanted all of your regular post to show on the home page while allowing the directory / YP listings to be in the background.

There are NO Dependency

This is a syndication service only . . . so after you have the post syndicated we have no control over the sites or the post.

Simply un-install the plugin and enjoy your new local directory site.

If you cancel the service your post remain.

**The best way to look at this is that you are buying 100,000 post to your blog for $79 . . .

We do scrape and provide the longitude and latitude data where available. The custom themes that we provide uses this data to then synchronize with Google maps to display the map as well.

You might run into some listings that do not have longitude and latitude information and in those instances the map would not show.

Back Dating the post in a blog is a tried and true method used by TON's of BHW members to build out their auto blogs.

I myself wrote the book (literally) on Auto Blogs (go to my main site MetaFever) and sign up for the email list and I provide it free of charge as a PDF file.

With that said - I can understand your concern by doing so, and others share the same concern so at the end of the day you will need to develop your own strategy of using the data (we only supply it to you).

As for the category's usage the default category's are created for you based on the category's and keywords that we scrape from Yellow Pages.

On that note - there is not much control over this, but if it's a much requested item - we would be happy to code that function.

You are right that 100,000 credits is a lot - unless you are building a site with all USA Dentist etc. . .

So I don't mind if you JV with someone - in fact I would encourage it.

Hence - there is no limit on the total number of sites using the plugin . . . the only limit is the amount syndicated listings.

This would be more in reference to posting static content to your site. Such as an article . . .

WP Data Storm does not post articles - so this would be a manual over ride that you would have to go in and manage by hand yourself.

So picture it like this - you syndicate 10,000 records to your blog (but you don't want those records to show on the home page) . . . so your write (or have some one write 3 articles) that you want to show on your home page.

You would manually add these articles in and tag them as "featured" << assuming that is how the custom WP theme was designed.

Would it be very specific keywords that get maybe 10 searches a month with no competition, but you have say 1,000 posts optimized for keywords like that?

Yea, so take the keyword that I have used in a few PM's etc.

I sorted the DB for Lawyers to only include "Union City, TN"

There were 29 records.

Now look at the total competing pages for the exact keyword "Union City, TN Lawyer"

There is 1,230 competing pages with that exact match keyword.

NOW

I know you will all say, but no one searches for that keyword - why because the town is small and probably the average population for Union City TN doesn't use Google to find their lawyers . . . but I am only using this as an EXAMPLE to show you what to look for.

Adsense - I can't tell because I didn't set it up with proper channels etc. (my gut says earnings in the 1 week since I set this site up are minimal).

So you have to decide what your income / day goals are and if this product fits into that goal.

Can these sites make $8,000 / month by itself? I doubt it . . .

Can it make $0.30 - $1.00 / day (with ease) . . .

The goal with these kinds of sites is to build and manage them en mass . . . . launch off 100 of these sites - build backlinks and you WILL HAVE a decent income at the end of the day.

Then don't stop there - build 500 sites . . . then 1,000.

That is how you make money online, hard work and executing something that works over and over and over again.

You think creating a bunch of these on subdomains would work? Is that $3 a day per site or total? Because $3 total a day is not very much money.

That figure would be based on total click volume . . .

Sub Domains would not count.

We have direct advertising relationships and some very slick technology to help monetize portfolios of value (especially in the local directory niche).

I am being vague on purpose, but picture it like this.

1,000 domains = $3k - $5k / day kind of income.

purchased this for a domain I got, played around a lil bit and set-up a plan.

Instead of micro niche I'll try to focus on first try on something bigger, so far it works fine.

Right now I'm waiting the trial period to extend to monthly, so I have a bigger volume to add.

So, for me everything worked like intended, had to rewrite a template a little bit for my needs, but works so far

After 2 days main-page is indexed in G without backlink blasting - only mass-pinging my sitemap on a daily basis and page 3 for a very competitive keyword (+90mio results and +40k global searches and tons of long tail keywords related to directories - so it's easy to achieve 900k - 1mio global search results) by only having 84 live from the transfered ones (as the stuff is scheduled).

So I'm looking forward to rank up fast with additional content - will write a review afterwards. But what I can say from know: it depends on the idea, luck (for domain) and some investment

As it works now - the system automatically creates the Category based on the keywords embedded into the listing.

This would be an additional feature that I am sure we could code . . .
