Just to let you know though, if I got a keyword today I'd more than likely have the site set up tonight/ tomorrow so could provide a proper review

CyberZilla provided me with a review copy of this service while his thread was in Mod-review process. Here goes my review:

The report was in Excel format with more details than I expected, seriously.

Some numbers:
2400 exact USA searches a month
1300 exact global searches a month
$1.4 CPC

About the KW itself, its just awesome. It is in Automotive niche (highly commercial). And And its not a 'seasonal KW'. It gets that many searches every month throughout the year. (OP included a google insight screenshot which tells me all this )
Also EMD (.org) is available...

Monetization:
While it has $1.4 CPC, I feel like monetizing it with CPA offers. I already found an offer which is related to that KW and pays $2.40 for first page one-field submit. Amazon is an option as well and then the classic old adsense.

Competition:
The competition is VERY low... Just look at the screenshot below:

Overall, a top notch service from a guy who knows his stuff, VERY WELL!
