There are Many Factors Involved in SERP Boost.
You cannot Expect that all the time, Because we do not Guarantee anything and we are not Google by anyways.
This should be a Part your Link Building Campaign, and should Focus on other Kinds of Links as well.
Expecting to Hit Page 1 With a Good Competitive Keyword and with Fewer Backlinks and Focusing on only one Kind of Backlink Strategy will do no Magic, Most of Us here knows that.
