Q: Can I pay monthly/yearly?
A: At this time we support only semi-annual (once every 6 months) payments.

Q: Do you support payment methods other than PayPal?
A: Yes, when ordering you can choose between PayPal, Wire Transfer and Western Union. We can also accept MoneyBookers (and may be able to accept AlertPay / Liberty Reserve in the future), but for this please send me a PM.

Q: Can I get a discount?
A: Unfortunately, we can't offer discounts due to the extremely low margins of the service (remember, we will NEVER oversell our servers!)

Q: But there are other providers that are cheaper?
A: Sure there are! And the majority of those providers a) oversell heavily; b) kick you out as soon as they see that your site is actually getting traffic; c) are anything but anonymous and will happily share your details / shut down your sites! Our service isn't for those looking to pay $10 per year. It is for those who value privacy, fantastic customer service and don't want their sites getting shut down!

Q: Why is disk space so limited? Other providers offer "unlimited" disk space.
A: Once again, other suppliers oversell heavily (even the big ones). Try uploading even as little as 10GB on materials to GoDaddy hosting account and I can almost guarantee that you will be shut down because "unlimited" is merely a marketing tactic :-) That said, if you do require more disk space then please PM me and we will figure something out!

Q: What can I host on your servers?
A: You can host literally ANYTHING that is not kiddy porn or related to terrorism. The only other thing that we DON'T allow is e-mail spam. Everything else (warez, adult content, PPI) is 100% allowed and we will never touch your content due to complaints or DMCA notices!
