No offence but for such an expensive service your customer support should be a lot better. Sending a simple email once you've started the project, when it's 50% done and when it's 100% would be an easy thing to do and a big improvement.

Wait, what details are missing? Why didn't you ask me for them? In two months, you had plenty of time to ask me for details.

A week ago you told me two days. Now you are saying 3 days. Will a week from now I hear that it's 4 days?

I have serious doubts that if you did not start yet, you will be able to do quality work. Either you will not do it in 3 days or you will produce very sloppy garbage.

While I am new here, I gave out over 100 itraders on the WF forum and all of them were positive. I suspect this might be my first negative. I will be paying close attention to the quality of the work done on my project.

In all honesty, what I would be ok with after a week will not be ok right now. I fully expect that because this project took two months longer than it was supposed to, I will get some form of compensation. That's the standard across all forums for projects that are delayed much less than mine has been.

I am very, very, VERY unhappy about the way my project has been handled. VERY UNHAPPY!

Not only did you delay my project, you refused to answer my emails and you would not have completed it had I not found you on this forum.

Then on this forum you kept lying to me about the time it will take you to complete the project. I expect that the report you will send me in the next 3 days will look more than perfect and my delays more than compensated.

After all the delays and lies, it's the least you can do.

K, here is what the thing is.
You purchased the service from the other forum.
I asked you for the transaction id/date of payment/name on paypal to verify the purchase.

You sent me the trans id & mail, but since the mail haven't got the name, i asked you again & you sent it back.
Now, we had the details & yep, i missed the mail! My fault. There's a lot of mails coming in my box, and quite natural to miss some.

I received the next response from you after a month. You could have atleast mailed me back, after 2-3 days when you didn't receive the confirmation message. But still, i missed it.

Here's the status : We have it done already, & since it's holidays here, i might not be able to access the reports/prepare them in the right format(a staff does it). I'd ask you to kindly wait for 2 more days while we have your report sent to you.

Sounds like a very good service. My money site is ranking 193 with no backlinking for a very competative keyword (95.900.000 results). The website already ranks with other pages for some competative keywords with around 3000 exact searches per month. The top ten for my main keyword is this:



Would the starter package be enough?

Btw my main keyword is jumping up about 2 places every day already. A top 10 or top 5 ranking would be enough...

The domain PR doesn't matter. The domain age does a little but can be outranked.

The Yahoo/Dmoz Directory backlink shows that, the competition is mighty & the cache age adds to it.

I cannot assure you that, we will break into them with just the first operation.(But we might)

But there is a good chance that we will with the whole war package.
The whole war package consists of almost all types of backlinks (35+) with many that boost TRUST + AUTHORITY & that exposes the same effect of Yahoo/Dmoz backlinks & many of the backlinks come from DIFFERENT CLASS B IP'S.

After 1 month of receiving the report. I saw some big change. My keyword was highly competitive in the US with 3m search results. I build a simple WP based website with good on page. I remember well, I was no where in SERP. Now, I am currently on page 3 and holding #33 position. I haven't done any backlinking, only used Deadly SEO. High Recommend this awesome service!

Most important my site is new and got PR-1, so it shows me quality backlinking. By the way I am going to give him second order soon!!
