All rates are done on a case-by-case basis. A good rule to go by however is: Landing Pages (PPV size PSD's) start at $125. A standard landing page costs about $180 (sometimes less or more - again it depends), and goes up from there depending on what you need, how big the page is, etc. a 10-page website will cost $99 per page. Anything less than that is generally about $150 per page and drops $10 per page, until its $100/page.

The best part about this guy is he works quick, and keeps you updated on progress. I have hired 5+ coders in the past, all of them with communication problems. Lucky updated me each day, with screenshot showing his progress. After the landing page, I hired him for a 4 page website, and I could not be more pleased with the results so far. The quality is well beyond what I've gotten from other coder's, for the same price. I will be using him exclusively, for ALL my website projects.

i had a website + logo (both absolutely beautiful) made within 2-3 days of placing the order
best of all, communication was excellent - i was updated everyday, got my input, made revisions etc
ive tried a few cheaper web design services here on bhw and ive always had issues with communication and punctuality
i really couldn't ask for more thanks!

I took the OP up on a review copy of a logo design, I wanted to share my experience with the service.

The OP received detailed instructions of what my expectations were, he confirmed a few small details and quickly got started on the work.

24 hours later he had already completed a few varieties of good looking logos which fit exactly what I was looking for. The graphics were excellent, communication was spot on, and overall this was a very smooth experience from start to finish.

The value provided at these prices is great, I would highly recommend the OP for any design work you may have.

Here is my review, I needed 2 logos and gave all the relevant info on friday. OP said he didn't work weekends and that it could take 2 days. However he got the logos to me the next day, saturday and I had 2 versions of each. The logos were exactly what I wanted and required no revisions. I would highly recommend OP and will have more work him in the near future, thanks.

i had another (full) web site created and honestly it blows my competitors out of the water
cannot give him a higher recommendation thanks again

I'm interested. What're your rates to convert to wordpress, or more specifically, design using a custom theme (iThemes.com - Builder Theme) and moving your design into that theme? It's tricky, but if you can do it well - I'll pay.
