I have been using a Virtual Assistant for for about 4 months and have been very pleased. I was able to hand off a plan and have it be fully automated within a day. Every day afterwards, I received an email report (spreadsheet) detailing the steps that were taken that day. I was able to reach the assistant either through email or chat at any time. I can't say enough good things about how professional the assistant is. Management has also been very helpful and quick to respond.

The amount of work produced is very good! It is obvious that the VA's are experts and have the right tools available to them. Things that should be automated are.. things that should not be.. aren't. OK, I've sent enough emails in with no replies so I thought I'd post here.

In December my VA stopped sending reports daily (he sent in 6 reports for the whole of December) - I was still charged.

I can't contact him on Skype and the Firstpage admin don't reply to emails.

No reports in January.

First of all sorry for the issues.

This is just a clear misunderstanding. If you can see your GSA is not working out, then you sent the VA an access to Scrapebox when it's not working. This is your own VPS and not ours.

You told the VA "reinstall it, whatever, don't try to do it just do it and if you don't know how to do it, ask google", then the VA reinstalled and as expected your license it not working. So actually the VA just followed what you ask.

The previous day, nothing is working on your end so the VA did everything he can just building links using SENUKE X.

I sent you like 3 emails last Thursday on GSA, on your VPS, your URL and keywords but have not receive a single reply. I guess you don't want to work this out. My VA's and I are working hard to resolve any issues, I guess we just can't please everyone.

I am waiting for your reply on working this out. I also sent a REFUND last week on your Web Developer payment and SEO payment, $85 and $75 respectively. We don't want to charge anyone who is not happy with our work.

Our VA's have different attitudes and work habits so I would trying out our other VA's. Again, that is the sole purpose of the 2 day trial, to test our VA's and see if you are happy.

I've been with you for about 2 months and have recently added unique search sentences to articles submitted and so far on average each submission to all blog networks (10) yields 4-6 indexed articles. Can you please get back to me as soon as possible and let me know whats going on?

Your site also states 14 networks but I have never had more than 10 networks. Please get back to me asap on that one too.

About the submissions, I am worried that they are not being submitted and instead a screenshot is just taken. Can you please email me exactly the process of how this works and why an article submitted to 10 networks only gives 4 indexed results (2 domains with 2 pages each)?

I really want this service to work but I have to deal with clients asking me questions about indexed backlinks every single day.

About the submissions, I am worried that they are not being submitted and instead a screenshot is just taken. Can you please email me exactly the process of how this works and why an article submitted to 10 networks only gives 4 indexed results (2 domains with 2 pages each)?

I really want this service to work but I have to deal with clients asking me questions about indexed backlinks every single day.

Thank you for your question.

Actually blog networks drip feed the submission. You have give them at least 2 - 3 weeks before we can get the actual number of links we are getting from them. Also, we need to give time to get the post/links indexed because if not, we can not find the search string.
